Referral Program Terms and Conditions
The FreeConnect Referral Program (“Program”) is operated by TT Marketing, LLC d/b/a FreeConnect (“FreeConnect,” “we,” “us”).
These terms apply to the FreeConnect referral program and are part of the FreeConnect Terms of Service.
Eligibility: To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States. The Program is void where prohibited.

1. How it works
Share your referral link with people you know. The person you refer must use your link and submit their own information. You may not enter anyone else’s information for them. A referral is credited to you only if the order is placed within 30 days of the person first clicking your link. If more than one referrer claims the same customer, the referral goes to the first valid link used.

2. When you earn a reward
You earn a $50 reward for each customer you refer whose internet service is successfully activated within 30 days of the order and stays active for at least 30 days after activation. You can refer multiple customers and earn a separate reward for each one that qualifies. The person you referred is also eligible for a $20 reward when the same conditions are met. No reward is earned by either party for a sale that is cancelled, never activated, disconnected within that period, reversed by the internet provider, or that we can’t verify.

3. Verification and payment
We confirm each sale against installation records before paying, usually within 30 days after activation. Reward amounts may change for future referrals; the amounts shown on the referral program page or in your referral email when you share your link will apply. Rewards are sent by email through Tremendous, and you may need to confirm your details to receive them.

4. Who you can refer
Only refer people you personally know. You may not refer yourself, create duplicate or false referrals, or promote the program through spam, paid advertising, or misleading claims, including any claim that internet service is free or government-subsidized. If you share your link publicly, such as on social media, you must clearly say that you receive a reward if someone signs up (for example, “I get a reward if you order through my link”). You may not bid on “FreeConnect” or similar terms in search ads, or pretend to be FreeConnect or an internet provider.

5. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive. Where the law requires it, we may ask for taxpayer information (such as a Form W-9) and issue tax forms (such as a Form 1099).

6. Fraud and abuse
We may withhold or reverse rewards, recover rewards already paid, and remove participants if we reasonably believe a referral is fraudulent, self-referred, duplicated, or breaks these terms. Our decisions about whether a referral qualifies are final.

7. Changes
We may change, suspend, or end the program at any time. Rewards properly earned before a change takes effect will be honored.

8. Communications
We may email referred customers about their order, and we may tell you when a referral is credited or paid. Referred customers decide for themselves, when they submit the form, whether we may call or text them.

9. Legal
To the extent the law allows, our total liability relating to the Program is limited to the value of the reward you have earned but not yet received. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any dispute will be resolved as described in the FreeConnect Terms of Service.
